In Poland, the Constitutional Tribunal abolished eugenic abortion in 2020, in line with the position of the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Since then, the number of applications against Poland to the ECHR has increased, claiming that there is a right to abort unborn children with disabilities. This Court will decide if eugenics is a human right from now on. Here are the declarations of Laura and Charlotte on this occasion.
