Delphine Loiseau

Research Fellow at the ECLJ, Delphine Loiseau holds a "Master II in Private international law and comparative law" (Lyon III, 2015), for which she wrote a dissertation on: "Is nationality always a sovereign prerogative of the State? Approach to the determination of nationality tested by international human rights law and European Union law."

She also obtained the CRFPA in 2018 and the CAPA in 2020.
