Monique Yakout Khentache is a Christian, a convert from Islam, and a writer of Algerian origin. She currently lives in Strasbourg, France, and wrote two books about her spiritual and personal journey—from her Muslim upbringing in a village in Kabylie to her writing career today, including her conversion and her integration into French society.
