Azerbaijan is holding numerous soldiers of the Nagorno-Karabakh Armed Forces captive and is conducting their trials. This is a violation of the laws of war, which require their release, as explained in this video by Dr. Philippe Kalfayan, a lawyer specialized in public international law, associate researcher at the Panthéon Assas University and former secretary general of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH).
