Webinar: Defeat the Matić Resolution & Protect unborn children

In line with its fight against the Matic resolution ((2020/2215(INI)), the ECLJ organised an online conference “Defeat the Matić resolution and protect unborn children”. The resolution will be voted at the plenary session on June 23; therefore, the different interventions focus on the various issues raised by this report, justifying the rejection of such a project.

The webinar was largely addressed to MEPs, parliamentary assistants, and members of NGOs as the interventions also aimed at recalling the conceptual and legal bases to a policy of prevention of abortion.

The European Centre for Law and Justice is an international, Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to the promotion and protection of human rights in Europe and worldwide. The ECLJ has held special Consultative Status before the United Nations/ECOSOC since 2007.

The ECLJ engages legal, legislative, and cultural issues by implementing an effective strategy of advocacy, education, and litigation.
