The present text focuses on the situation in the light of the case law of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), and takes advantage of the author's access to the national reports on the impact of Covid on the practice of worship drawn up by the legal officers of the Catholic bishops' conferences that are members of the Council of European Bishops’ Conferences. These reports are not public, but they contain interesting information about the content and the way in which the regulation of worship was adopted during the health crisis.
