She reveals in particular that the euthanasia was allegedly performed in violation of the law, as the same doctor who performed Noelia’s euthanasia also certified that she wished to donate her organs and serves as the organ procurement coordinator.

She also denounces the fact that the Oversight Commission, which is responsible for deciding on euthanasia based solely on the doctor’s report, is composed of pro-euthanasia activists and individuals involved in organ procurement.
