Alicja Słowik

Alicja Słowik studied law at King’s College London and obtained a Master of International Law at the University of Strasbourg and an LL.M in European Legal Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges.

During her studies, Alicja accomplished several internships in law firms and in different entities of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In particular she worked as a trainee at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg and in the Legal and Treaty Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw.

Alicja worked as a teaching assistant for the course of EU Constitutional Law at the Institute for European Law at KU Leuven, the “Centre d’études juridiques européennes” in Geneva, and as in intern in the European Court of Justice in the Cabinet of the Advocate General Pikamäe.

She is currently finishing her PhD research in the field of fundamental rights in EU Migration Law.
